Safeguarding Procedures during COVID-19
Although school is closed to pupils, we are still working hard to ensure all our children and families are supported at this difficult time.  At Cadbury Heath Primary School all staff, both teaching and non-teaching, have a responsibility to care for children and to take appropriate action if there are concerns around a child's welfare, this may also involve referrals and liaising with outside agencies including the Access and Response Team (ART).  The welfare of the children is paramount in our school.  As well as our usual Child Protection policy, we have an addendum to ensure we continue to protect pupils during the Covid-19 situation.  However, safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.  If you are concerned about the safety of a child you can contact ART directly

  • Call 01454 866000 Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 5.00, 4.30 on Friday
  • 01454 615165 out of hours and at weekends
  • If a child or young person is in immediate danger then please dial 999 and ask for police assistance

If you are finding the current situation has had a negative impact on your family life or require some further advice or support, please do not hesitate to call school on 01454 867215 or email  Mrs Harris and the safeguarding team are available and will get back to you as soon as possible.  Thank you.
